2016 outstanding staff commendation symposium

To commend the advanced employees, enhance the employees’ sense of belonging, and further stimulate their enthusiasm, positivity and creativity, our company held 2016 outstanding staff commendation symposium in the conference room of the office building on the afternoon of January 10, 2017. At the symposium, the outstanding employees who made outstanding achievements at their posts in 2016 were commended. Under the premise of openness, impartiality and fairness, 10 outstanding employees were selected through assessment, voting and other effective methods, and awarded the title “Excellent Employee”.

The outstanding employees came to the podium in an orderly manner, the department heads issued awards to them personally, and group photos were taken at the same time. Each outstanding employee also gave an award-wining speech, which also reflected their merits from the side, and proved that extraordinary contributions can also be made at the ordinary posts.
